Simon captured some beautiful photographs for my partner and me. The photoshoot was a lovely experience. The photos arrived quickly by email.. He really captured some nice moments. The room cleaner, Rene, kept our space super clean. I appreciated that.
The fried egg preparation at breakfast created a queue. There were many people waiting for eggs. The air conditioning in the room lacked settings.. It offered limited control.

the sunbeds were always available. all-inclusive drinks were good. the gym had good equipment for a hotel, however the spa was closed. the snack bar offered food options if we missed main meal times, though many items weren't included in the all-inclusive plan. our room faced the strip, but we couldn't hear noise at night because of the soundproofing.

the hotel has a very good location. it is near beaches, shops and restaurants. siam park is only 20 minutes away by walking. this makes it very accessible.

the gym includes adequate equipment i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section i also noticed a convenient shortcut from the hotel to the beach

The staff were friendly. Paula at the bar and reception shines especially brightly. our room was pristine. cleaning staff visited EVERY day. they replaced towels and made beds with care. the restaurant presented excellent choices. every meal seemed like a feast.
the music at the pool, while charming at first, played on a loop. it felt repetitious. especially as the days passed. i'd hoped for MORE variety to match the hotel's overall excellence. this little thing was a minor, insignificant imperfection.

I noticed the gym's limited equipment. It seemed somewhat sparse for a hotel of this size. I think there should be more equipment.
